SR3- Drinking age moved to 18; Lustig (LAW)

The drinking age will be moved to 18.

This will stop binge drinking among college students and many high school seniors, who will not need to drink it all in one fell swoop. It will also make it not as big of a deal, cause they would be doing something that has no repercussions.

Also, a person who can vote and die for the country should be able to have a beer.

See Supreme Court case 1 USAGS 2: Hanna v. Clifton, Rubin, et al. In it, Chief Justice Gordon ruled that a failure to vote is a failure to serve and therefore Clifton and Rubin were removed from the house without replacement. As a result, the majority of votes in the House was achieved by the single vote of you.
