Executive Orders

So now Congress can abstain, Presidents can pocket veto, but the Supreme Court MUST decide? Sounds a little hypocritical to me from the President that pocket vetoed more bills than any other.

I actually must concur with the President and Senator Wachob who initially supported this. The Supreme Court was responsible for hearing all cases given to them until the creation the Court of Appeals which we do not have. All cases must be heard I see no basis in finding constitutional problem with this, but your point is well heard.

I understand there is no constitutional problem, hence the reason I haven't opened a case, I just disagree on the basis that this seems unfair to me.

It is just the way it is.

The theory is that there must be a way to get justice and justice cannot be ignored. Everyone has the right to have their day in court, etc.
