I have been too busy with my war duties to fulfill my duties as enforcer of laws within our government. The success of the President is largely in his ability to delegate authority efficiently, so I gave that specific power to the Court. I trust Justice Gordon (don't you?) and will back up his decisions so long as the war prolongs. Once the war is over, we can look back on what happened in our government and assess what needs to be done to correct any wrongdoing.
