To The People's Republic of China:
Your nuclear attack on Honolulu was inexcusable, and if you have truly committed to ending this war, you must make amends for attacking us.
The United States will only stop attacking China when it agrees to give up all of Korea as one state, and cancels the debt the US currently owes it.

The US would like to remind China that America is sworn to protect Taiwan, and also remind China that they are not in a very good position to negotiate. We urge you to accept the terms originally proposed and not put any more of your people in danger.

I offer one more opportunity to China to agree to the original terms we proposed, or we will be forced to escalate our attack in the form of salting the fields of Chinese agricultural areas.
