The Constitution says "We the People of the United States" , NOT "We the Labor of the United States" , and therefore the Department of Labor is unconstitutional.

Only Congress may regulate inter-state trade, and only state governments may regulate intra-state trade, but labor laws effect prices and wages in a way that ultimately directly effects trading at the inter and intra level. In pursuit of free trade we must also allow free movement of labor and free movement of industry, so the illegal advocacy on behalf of this special interest group by government institutions is illegal. Trade cannot be regulated in ways that demand artificial wage levels, it can only be regulated through law that protects the safety of workers.

I claim that the Department of Labor is Unconstitutional.
