Court? How about criminal courts?

Mr. Wachob in the following quote clearly violates American law, law passed through proper legal channels.

I demand that we have some sort of criminal courts where criminals like Mr. Wachob can be tried.

I'll do it. Since I'm already the court. If we go with this proposal, justice will be swift and fair.

I support that role of the Chief Justice, but I also wish the Congress to pass the bill on this topic before authorization

follow the system. or else it would be illegal.
