Mr. Wachob in the following quote clearly violates American law, law passed through proper legal channels.

I demand that we have some sort of criminal courts where criminals like Mr. Wachob can be tried.

I support that role of the Chief Justice, but I also wish the Congress to pass the bill on this topic before authorization
