The Treaty of Honolulu (PASSED)
The following is to be done by the demands of this treaty settling the conflict known here after as the Third World War:
1. The People's Republic of China is to pay the United States of America an amount equal to that of the trade deficit that exists between those two nations.
2. The two Koreas are to become one nation and run under the authority of the former government of South Korea.
3. France is to cede the Alsace-Lorainne territory to Germany.
4. Tibet is to be made an independent country.
5. The allies of The People's Republic of China as well as that of the People's Republic of China itself shall send workers to assist in the rebuilding of Honolulu, Seoul, and Busan.
6. Peacekeepers from the victorious nations will oversee fair elections in all the defeated nations.

So this goes to Congress? It is a treaty after all. You're going to have to do all the signatures from the random generator if that's how this goes.

Congress, and I am simulating all signatures, although it should be noted that it is unlikely any will deny. I'll alert Congress with the outcome.

All simulated. All signed. Although France was close and their procedure for confirmation may fail eventually.

Treaty approval goes to Congress then. I believe 3/4 of votes are needed.
