1 USAGS 20: Everyone v. Everyone

As recent attempts at censures, trials (USAGS 18 and 19 specifically), and the placing of people on HoS lists indicates, everyone has had their rights and freedoms infringed upon by the unconstitutional and illegal acts of everyone. What everyone has done is totally unacceptable, like allowing raptors to go hungry while stupid-ass kids luck their way into middle school.

I understand that this case has many complexities and there is no way to punish everyone while offering restitution to everyone, but I think it is important for the Court to officially make a ruling on two important questions, so that this era of people being dicks about shit may be looked back on with proper reference.

1.) Is everyone guilty?
2.) Does everyone win this case or does everyone lose?

While the court ponders this deeply intricate question, they would like to know, what is that thing? Is it just a dinosaur from an awkward angle?

Yeah it's a very awkward angle, the raptor's tail rests on the trunk closest to the camera, then his foot is on the other and that weird bulge is just his thigh muscle. I think he's meditating.
