First, I will be giving everyone 100 cookies shortly. Second, I would like everyone to look very closely at this image. If you do look at the image closely you'll notice a problem with the picture. It appears as if there is a black mark there. This black mark is circled in this picture here:



That is black text that reads, "when this bill passes the SIC take control of the simulation and have the ability to do whatever they want with the sim. In other words, SIC wins." Now I understand that that would not be fair warning and it would not be fun to take control of the sim in that way. So we at SIC added more clues. If you look at the page that this picture is displayed you'll notice a strange title and description.

The title is "SIC Wins" and the description is "If this picture is voted in, SIC gets complete control over the simulation."

Well in conclusion SIC has complete control over this sim starting now. For the time being we do not wish to change anything about the sim, only inform people that SIC will be watching and we do have control over everything you do... in this section of the forums.

I was unaware that the picture was part of the bill, and indeed I believe it is inherently unconstitutional for an image to be passed as law. Since images saw 1,000 words, and no single person may interpret them alone, they are not admissible legislation.

I will sue this if necessary.

I second the motion by Senator Wachob. Of note this bill was pocket vetoed. Repeal of I too will sue

It is a bill, but it is an illegal bill. It should have been named an amendment and a picture (which is the reason this is illegal) is illegal. So therefore this is a bill

I hope you guys know he's the admin and whatever you bleat about legality isn't going to mean a lot when he can do whatever he wants to you. Not taking sides, just stating the facts.

It should also be known that I have heavy influence over half the sim and if Epp proceeds with this sim will be down to Epp, Dohn, and Lustig.

Let me point out a few facts for you.

1. The image is not law. The words written on the image, are.
2. The bill was not pocket-vetoed but made law. Drew, you are making things up.
3. Quit throwing your weight around Drew. As I may have pointed out, SIC controls the sim now. I can stop the legal process if need be. Don't make threats about getting everyone to log off. The forum lived without the sim before and it will live without it again. I hope it doesn't come to this but I will not back down. I am not afraid of you.
4. Quit freaking out, the SIC will not change anything. We just want it to be known that we win the sim... no matter what else happens from here on out.

The sim cannot be won. Secondly, I will not abandon the forum, just the sim. If any changes or illegal powers are invoked I will move the sim to another forum

I don't want it to come to you killing the sim, Drew. I want the sim to continue. I know you love the sim and don't want it to die, but at this point whether or not it does is in your hands. SIC will not be doing anything with this power other than talking about how 1337 we are and stopping any legal attempt to declare this bill unconstitutional. The sim will not change in any way, it is your choice whether it lives or dies. Choose wisely.

It is not me but you that needs the warning. I have already clearly explained my plans. You know where and when I would use this power against the sim. If you were to do what I have explained I will use my power to prevent then you have knowingly just forced my hand and caused me to stop the legal process. That would not be an excuse for you to kill the sim but would be you knowingly causing an end to the sim. The ball is in your court, not mine.

I am confused about many things happening in this thread right now. But I've looked over the bill some more and tried researching into Congressional rules and copyright law, and I'm confident this bill is illegal. I fully intend to sue it and let the Court decide.
