Anyone know how nice people are to disputes on the lines of fair use in regards to YouTube??? Because I just argued in regards to my use of the Mozart Requiem in The Temptation of Eve.

How nice? What are you asking? I know that YouTube is a bitch about it. Upload it to Vimeo or Dailymotion if they're being bitches.

Well they won't allow me to redownload the m4v file unless I state that I did not intend to resell the music, that since it is Classical music it is under fair use, and that I gave credit to the composer.

Who? YouTube? Because if you want to download the file, you could always just use a YouTube download tool. I can get you the video but I think the format is mp4.

lol nice. But for future reference, just upload to dailymotion when they do that. They don't block music like youtube does.
