I formally call this election for CASEY C. GORDON the President-elect of the United States. At this time, the President-elect by federal policy resigns from the position of Chief Justice of the United States. He may make a decision of USAGS C2; however, if he so pleases. The Vice President of the United States will now appoint a US Senator as interim Chief Justice and President Epp will nominate someone to the Supreme Court. Hearings will begin as soon as the President nominates someone with the Judiciary Committee. Senator Lew, chairs with Senator Wachob and myself also presiding in questioning.
