SR1- Legalization of Cannabis; Hanna (LAW)

Full Legalization of cannabis (marijuana) for public usage. Advised legal age of 21 for usage, although, that is ultimately up to the states. Operating Vehicles while under the influence (OUI/DUI) remains illegal and shall be considered the same as Operating Vehicles While Intoxicated (OWI, DWI). Taking of marijuana will be considered the same as that of smoking and therefore any government that has in place laws against smoking will apply to marijuana.

Amendment: we tax the bejesus out of marijuana with states being able to tax higher.
