I, President Lucas M. Wachob, hereby announce my nomination for Vice President of this fine Government. Should she choose to accept, I offer the position to Alex Clifton, senator of Mandaloria. She has shown a sharp analytical mind combined with ideals and values fit for this nation, and while she will have to surrender her ability to author legislation her vote is one we can trust to break ties in the favor of the people and this government.

Speaking of VP picks. Both candidates need running mates for the Year 4 Election. Alex will be assumed as Wachob's VP pick. Lustig MUST be pick a Mandalorian. So that leaves Dohn, Epp, and Gordon

It is in the constitution. The Presidential nominee and the Vice Presidential nominee must be of different states. Hence Cheney switched residence from Texas to Wyoming in 2000.

If you had read the amendment you would see Texas went away. Then again, that part of the constitution applies to the electoral college, not to popular vote, in addition it was there when the 2nd place person became VP and everyone got two votes. HOWEVER, I believe it is impossible for you to pick an Americalander since the population is not high enough.

Oh and Dohn and Epp. Lustig is probably going to pick one of you. I know you both prefer the legislative branch, but PLEASE consider the job of running mate for the sake of the simulation
