Caucuses are an illegal fashion of voting for a nominee for office and not representative of the people. They are by nature unconstitutional. This is OFFICIALLY AWESOME!:

Caucuses are constitutional due to no expression against them. This is a decision left up to the states. While pressure may be exerted upon them, they may continue to caucus of they choose.
