1 USAGS 14: Wachob v. Hanna

Executive Order 15 is unconstitutional and stupid.

"0015 (Hanna): P. Matthew Schenk is hereby Head of the Moon Party. Ryan N. Dohn is hereby Head of the Sun Party. There may now be two highlanders"

Forcing people to be heads of parties, while himself being a member of only one of those parties, is clearly illegal, but the most heinous part of this order is its final statement. Two highlanders? This violates a law higher than the Constitution itself!

It goes against something Sean Connery said.





Why does President Hanna insist on violating the clear rules about how many highlanders there can be? (FYI: There can be only one). I am not sure. But we cannot allow this disrespect for the rule of law! In fact, if we had a criminal court, I would charge him there as well for crimes against immortality, but since we do not and cannot punish him the way he deserves (a severe beating, at the very least) I instead say we invalidate this order, and end his tyrannical creation of mandatory parties. They are an abomination that spits in the face of Sean Connery! And they will be CRUSHED!

As Sean Connery is always right, the E.O. 15 is unconstitutional. As is well known, the elastic clause indicates the Sean Connery shall not be trifled with in this manner. In addition, the naming of party leaders is to be left up to the parties themselves, not through such shenanigans introduced by a third party entity. In addition, the parties need only to be answerable to their members, and their members need only comply if they freely choose to.
