The People and the States may not be taxed uneven amounts on the basis of healthy foods. Preference to healthy food through special taxes levied on unhealthy food products, such as regular soda or trans fats, is prohibited at all levels of government.

What's the point of this bill? There's so many loop holes it isn't even funny.

"I'm not taxing soda because it makes you fat. I'm taxing it because it contains _____."

There's nothing I can do about you posting except deleting every single one of your posts. This would be childish and tedious and therefore I'm not going to take that route. I'm just stating the rules. You don't have to abide by them. You're the admin, so you can't be banned. You have every right to voice your opinion. You might just anger some in the process.
