I think we should create a criminal court for matters such as these.

I thought we did have a criminal court. But as the framers knew, people are not smart enough to have power to create court cases in a new format. Or something along those lines.

Drew is a public figure. If anyone would like to give the redmond speech on slander, or at least its gist, that is the court's opinion as of when the ruling was earlier.
