Head to Head-Operation Ivy vs Catch 22
Old school ska. I know Operation Ivy was more original ska roots type shit, but honestly I don't really like most of their songs. I like Catch 22 here.

I'd say both were more punk than ska. They both had ska roots, most Op Ivy songs had ska guitar parts, but they didn't use horns very often.
Operation Ivy was probably skacore. Catch 22 was much more pure ska but still wasn't. There's something about them that just isn't ska.
Anyway I'm going with Catch 22 because Keasbey Nights is one of the best songs ever.
