In the Congress impeachment of an incumbent Justice to the Supreme Court or the incumbent President of the United States is to be achieved by the Vice President of the United States issuing an impeachment charge. The Senate shall then have the power to try the impeached and vote upon conviction. In order to fully convict the Senate vote must be 3/4ths
