Two justices shall be added to the Supreme Court, chosen by the President at a time of her choosing, and subject to confirmation by the Senate. If these two justices are not nominated by the President by the end of this Presidential term, then this bill will be null and void and no justices may be added. The current Chief Justice shall retain his post and will choose what cases the Court hears.
