CR5- Election Reform; Hanna (LAW)

In order to smooth out election procedure the following dates shall apply to all election years:
Elections shall take place entirely on the Monday of the election week as outlined by the 31st Amendment, and as always elections shall last for a period of 48 hours as long as all of election day is within that limit.
That section of the bill is nothing new it simply is here for reference to the rest of the bill.
The bill:
Sunday one week before election: Thread shall open to discuss the elections of the year in question.
Wednesday before the election: All interested candidates must file for the election by this time, if more than three candidates are running for the same office a runoff between the candidates shall occur with the top two facing each other. If no candidate is running for an office, a 24 hour time expansion on candidate registration shall occur and the first two names that file for candidacy shall be on the ballot.
Friday before the election: The runoff, if any, shall be completed.
