CR1- Higher Education Reform; Hanna (LAW)
No more than 15% of one's income annually can go to paying off student loans. If after 10 years the loans are not paid off, the amount to be spent annually shall decrease to 5%. If after 20 years the loans have not been paid off they shall be considered void.
